    1. Open Outlook and click on the "Calendar" tab.

Go down to "search for a room or location Search for the conference room by typing "ECS" Select the "Computer Science ECS Room 3316" from drop down The room will be added to the meeting invitation. Please note that if you see red boxes on the calandar, that means someone has reserved the room on that time.
    5. Click "Send" to send the meeting invitation.
