You can pronounce my name correctly by saying kangaroo.
Terminal fonts that do not include a slash or dotted-mark to distinguish the number zero '0' from the letter 'O' are simply useless.
I spend most of my time reading Microsoft's excellent documentation for their easy-to-use services and administration tools.
I am more familiar with printers than I would ever care to admit.
I aim to provide a great user experience. On most days, you will probably find me on campus, trying my best to help someone out.
What I enjoy most about I.T. work is supporting great people, so that they can continue doing their great work.
